Sales and invoices
Purchases on manutius.app are handled by Stripe as the seller (merchant of record): Stripe collects the payment, issues the invoice with any applicable tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks. The license for the app comes from us, under our Terms of Use.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a question or a complaint, write to us directly; we almost always find a quick solution.
